Restore comfort and confidence…naturally!
What is the O-Shot?
The O-Shot®, also known as the Orchid Shot, is a non-surgical treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) — drawn from your own blood — to rejuvenate vaginal and sexual health. By concentrating your body's natural growth factors and reintroducing them into targeted tissue, the O-Shot® stimulates new blood vessel and collagen growth, helping restore sensitivity, lubrication, and overall comfort.
At Nexus Health in Oklahoma City, the O-Shot® is performed in-office by Dr. Harris using the same PRP technology behind our aesthetics program — just applied to a different area of wellness.
Is the O-Shot® right for you?
Vaginal dryness or discomfort, including post-menopause
Dyspareunia (pain with sexual intercourse)

Patients seek out the O-Shot® for a variety of reasons, including:
A desire for a non-hormonal, non-surgical option to support intimate wellness
Lichen sclerosis
Mild stress urinary incontinence
Every patient’s needs are different — a consultation with our team will help determine if the O-Shot® at Nexus Health in Oklahoma City is right for you.
what to expect
Consultation: We start with a private, judgment-free conversation about your symptoms and goals.
1.
Preparation: A small blood sample is taken, just like a routine blood draw.
2.
PRP Processing: Your blood is spun in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma — the healing, growth-factor-rich liquid gold.
3.
Treatment: A topical numbing agent is applied, then the PRP is injected into specific areas for optimal results. The full appointment typically takes 30 — 45 minutes.
4.
Recovery: Most patients return to normal activities the same day. Results build gradually as new tissue develops over the following weeks.
5.
